  5. A virtual tour of your home paid for by Inna Snyder loaded on all available websites including MLS and and video complimented with background music.
  6. A fulltime real estate personal assistant and marketing professional.
  7. Immediately contact all of my personal network affiliations and groups to discuss and expose your property.
  8. Place your home as a featured property on which is a high traffic site promoted to our past, present, and future Buyers and Sellers.
  9. Create an E-marketing plan which will showcase your property on the following websites for maximum exposure to internet Buyers which make up 80% of home shoppers: Showcased listing on, Google real estate classifieds, Yahoo real estate classifieds,, Internationally featured on, languages thru
  10. Preparation and distribution of a full color professional marketing brochure for your property. Including information on the property, an area map, color photos, and more.
